Vaughan’s is an award-winning restaurant based in Liscannor, Co. Clare. Started in 1979 by John and Annette Vaughan, the business has grown now to 3 locations and is run by Denis and Lisa Vaughan. Making everything from scratch in their kitchens and working in tune with the seasons – Vaughan’s proudly champion the best local produce so customers can enjoy a true taste of Ireland. Monologue was approached to create a single website that could represent the three different locations.
